Sohal Living social media is open to and encourages conversations about our brand and our products. Sohal Living has a few simple guidelines in place for all users.

All content on Sohal Livings’ social media is to be inclusive and respectful to all users. Sohal Living reserves the right to delete and report any comments that do not comply within Sohal Living guidelines or which are deemed inappropriate. Sohal Living also reserves the right to block any users who break these rules repeatedly.

 We require that all users:

-      Must follow the relevant social media platform rules and regulations for use of their sites e.g. Facebook and Twitter. 

-      Must not post content or links to content that could be considered spam or advertising, threatening, offensive, obscene, sexist, racist, contains nudity or is pornographic, incites violence/ hate speech, or violates human rights, or uses inappropriate language (swearing) or content that is otherwise not appropriate for an audience of all ages, races, religions or sexes. Not engage in any bullying, intimidation, or harassment against any user using Sohal Social Media. 

-     Not post any of your own or anyone else's personal information without consent. While your privacy is important to us please remember that anything you post is public unless you restrict your privacy settings via the social media platform e.g. Facebook or Twitter.

By posting on Sohal Living Social Media and Sohal Living Website, content covered by intellectual property rights including photos and vidoes you warrant you own the relevant rights to post such content and grant Sohal Living a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post.
